I needed a survey on my 1937 home’s property as I could not locate pins. The gentlemen who came out were punctual, knowledgeable and professional. They had to use neighbor’s pins to get started, checking with them first. They posted stakes to clearly mark the property lines. I’d highly recommend this surveyor.

Gary and his team did an outstanding job navigating our complex property boundary survey. 15 acres, with three tracts, separated into two pieces of property, consisting of dozens of markers, and a previously unknown private road easement. Gary’s survey also confirmed encroachments that have existed since 1977, showing two houses are on our property. They also navigated outwardly hostile neighbors who were unaware of existing easements and were calm and professional when being confronted regularly. Gary also helped us create a driveway easement agreement with another neighbor. Their business is small, and it takes them a little more time to produce results, but the quality of their work is 100% top notch.
